5 Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on SerpView — including but not limited to the website design, code, graphics, text, illustrations, branding, logos, and feature icons — is the intellectual property of SerpView and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any of this content without our prior written permission.

Your Content

Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that feedback in any way we see fit to improve the Service, without any obligation to compensate you.

6 Accuracy of Results

SerpView simulates Google's SERP display using publicly known approximations, including character counts and pixel-width estimates. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that Google will display your meta tags exactly as previewed by our tool for the following reasons:

  • Google's snippet generation algorithms change frequently and without notice
  • Google may rewrite your meta title or description based on its assessment of the search query
  • Different devices, browsers, and screen sizes may render results differently
  • Google uses font rendering that may differ slightly from our estimates
  • Google's display rules for desktop versus mobile continue to evolve

ℹ️ SerpView provides guidance to help you write better meta tags — it is not a guarantee of how Google will display your content. Always verify your live results in Google Search Console after publishing.
